I was saved at the age of twenty-one and feel God gave me a second chance at life. I met my dear husband, Glen Moffitt, at Bible college and in 1976 we began a life ministry together.
In the years to come, we gave our lives working with teenagers in the areas of youth groups and youth rallies.  The Lord directed our hearts to re-start a church in Hesperia, California.  We served as Pastor and wife at Mountain View Baptist Church for over eighteen years. In the fall of 2000, the Lord called my husband to plant churches in the State of Utah and encourage the pastors and missionaries already serving in the great Utah Valley.
While only beginning our ministry in Spanish Fork, Utah, my husband became ill with "pancreatic cancer."  The Lord took him home on June 12, 2002, at the young age of forty-nine.  "What do I do now?" was a question I asked myself frequently in the months that followed  I continued to live in Utah with my son-in-law, Stephen, and my daughter Danae.  Stephen took the pastorate of Faith Baptist church of Utah Valley where we had just begun our ministry.  Life for me and my family was very difficult during that first year, but our great God saw us through every trial.
Now as a lay person, I continued ministering at our church.  During this time the Lord brought a godly man into my life and the lives of my children. Jerry and I fell in love and were married by my son-in-law, Pastor Stephen Martens, in his very first wedding ceremony on May 28, 2005. Together, Jerry and I are serving as leadership in our church; believing our God makes no mistakes!
Thank you for allowing me to share my heart with you. I pray we will have a flourishing spirit-filled devotional walk together. May our Lord bless you richly through this journey together in Him!
